Are you thinking about competing in the Shaolin-Do Austin tournament this Saturday? Don't know what to expect?

Expect a lot of fun. And a lot of talent. Expect to be amazed and inspired. Do you have something that you've always wanted to do, but never seemed to be able to chase down? Every person out there on the floor has felt like that at some point. The only difference is, they came in and trained real hard, and eventually met the goals they were seeking.

You see, it's the PROCESS that's important. Learning how to take big goals and break them into bite-sized pieces that are more manageable.
